This Privacy Policy explains how Glide ("the Game", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use our Android mobile application. By using the Game, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
01. Information We Collect
We collect different types of information depending on how you choose to play the Game.
Signed-In Users (Google Sign-In)
When you sign in with your Google account via Firebase Authentication, we receive and store the following:
- Your Google display name
- Your email address
- Your Google profile photo URL
- A unique Firebase User ID (UID)
We also store the following game data in Firebase Realtime Database, linked to your UID:
- Total coins earned
- Unlocked and currently equipped plane
- High score
Guest Users
If you choose to play as a guest, we do not collect any personal information such as your name, email, or Google profile. All game progress (coins, high score, unlocked planes) is stored locally on your device using Android SharedPreferences and is not transmitted to any server.
Guest high scores are submitted to the global leaderboard under the generic name "Guest" and cannot be traced back to you.
Leaderboard Data
If you achieve a qualifying high score, your display name (or "Guest") and your score are submitted to our global leaderboard hosted on Firebase Realtime Database. This data is publicly visible to all players of the Game.

We do not use your information for advertising, marketing, profiling, or analytics purposes.
03. Data Storage and Security
All cloud-stored data is managed through Google Firebase infrastructure, which provides industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL) and access-controlled database rules.
Our Firebase Realtime Database rules ensure that each signed-in user can only read and write their own data. Leaderboard data is read-accessible to all users but write-validated for integrity.
Guest data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to external servers. This data is permanently deleted if the app is uninstalled.
04. Third-Party Services
The Game uses the following third-party services:
Google Firebase
- Firebase Authentication — for Google Sign-In
- Firebase Realtime Database — for cloud-saving game progress and the leaderboard
Firebase is operated by Google LLC. Their privacy policy is available at firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
We do not integrate any third-party advertising SDKs, analytics tools (Firebase Analytics is disabled), crash reporting services, or social media tracking pixels.
05. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third party for commercial or marketing purposes.
Your data may be disclosed only in the following limited circumstances:
- To comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
- To enforce our Terms of Service or protect our rights, property, or safety
- Leaderboard data (display name and score) is publicly visible to all players
06. Children's Privacy
The Game is not specifically directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the email address below, and we will take steps to delete such information from our systems.
07. Your Rights and Choices
- Play as Guest: You can use the Game without providing any personal information by choosing the Guest mode.
- Delete Your Account: You may request deletion of your account and all associated data. Visit our Account Deletion page for step-by-step instructions. Upon receiving your request, we will delete your Firebase-stored data within 30 days.
- Revoke Google Permissions: You can revoke the Game's access to your Google account at any time by visiting your Google Account Permissions page.
- Leaderboard Removal: If you wish to have your score removed from the public leaderboard, please contact us.
08. Data Retention
We retain your game data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Game's services. If you request account deletion, your data will be removed from Firebase within 30 days. Guest data exists only on your device and is permanently deleted upon uninstalling the app.
09. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the Game after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
